Cornell would like to enlist the plant and garden committee along with the girl’s scouts

include four tree facts for each tree. They are getting a graphic artist for the design of
the tree signs.
The sports and recreation committee want to do basketball and yoga and kickball for
adults. Sports and recreation would also like to form block parties and game nights.
Yonit needs volunteers for the Family Day Committee. Ideas were given for yoga on
Family Day morning. The kids can fish for gold fish but not in the pool. Need additional
ideas and help with the planning and coordinating. Please contact Yonit to help with
Family Day.
OLD BUSINESS:
Whether Radburn Association will use a portion of their recreation budget to fund the
purchase of benches in the park is a question to be raised at the next trustee meeting.
Alternatively people can fund them privatel
y but they would like to have a plaque to
dedicate the bench.
Board of Education signed an indemnity agreement last year to allow the fun run but this
year the Board of Education attorney is not allowing the indemnification agreement to be
signed. The new route is apparently not family friendly and will require increased
closure of intersections. Another item to be discussed at the next trustee meeting.
