Trustees Report

Jill addressed the questions that arose from previous RCA meetings to the trustees at the last trustee meeting.

The bulk of the lawyer fees were spent on BASF for additional settlement.

The trustees were still discussing the PTA fun run. If the answer is still no the PTA has to seek a new route.

The cleanout of the dog containers will occur more often during the summer months.

Appointments of Radburn Association Trustee Committees need to be made.

The trustee committee to determine the fiduciary responsibility of the $4M funds received from Landmark are Steven Kiel, Ken Kaprelian, Stu Hermann, Lou Weiss and Don Morris. Steven Kiel is also a current trustee.

Jill requested from the RCA attendees a list of ideas of how to best utilize the funds so she can present it at her next trustee meeting.

The residents said they want to see the money in a trust account for a minimum period of 20 years with the principal preserved and the interest generated annually dedicated between a capital improvement fund and a rebate against the annual budget.

The residents would like to see the lettering of the Radburn sign on Plaza Road to be refurbished.

Potholes in Radburn side streets need to be fixed.

Infrastructure needs updating but sewer pipes in the roads are borough responsibility.

There has been discussion but no decision on the benches. A resident expressed concern about teenagers hanging out by the benches and placement of the benches would need to be discussed to find suitable locations.

Suggestions for additional activities may be sent to pres@radburncitizens.org .

For the Radburn Park, David Bostock reserves the right to change the color of the sign which could be different from those used throughout the rest of the borough.

Adult basketball is meeting at the Grange every Sunday at 9AM. A suggestion was made to move the game to 11AM in hopes of higher attendance. Need to request George to clean the gym floor.

Looking to put yoga back for 2 mornings and 2 evenings per week.

Family Day Games and suggestions were mentioned. Family Day Committee needs volunteers to make Family Day a fun event for all.
